Client-ready demo flow

Use this checklist when presenting the suite to a local business. The demo environment uses seeded data and manual/demo integrations, so no live Stripe, Twilio, Gmail, or Google Calendar setup is required.

Demo Step 1

Start on the landing page and frame the pain: missed calls, cold leads, scattered tools.

Demo Step 2

Open the company dashboard and show plan status, enabled tools, and business snapshots.

Demo Step 3

Open Lead Tracker and highlight lead status, pipeline value, notes, and follow-up dates.

Demo Step 4

Open Missed Call Follow-Up and show unresolved callers, draft messages, and activity history.

Demo Step 5

Open Marketing Suite and show campaign planning, ad budget tracking, and Daily Lead Outreach drafts.

Demo Step 6

Open AI Command Center and generate or review the daily action plan.

Demo Step 7

Open Integrations Hub and explain demo mode for Website Forms, Webhooks, Twilio, Gmail, and Calendar.

Demo Step 8

Open Company Settings and show plan access, tool permissions, team invites, and billing demo mode.

Demo Step 9

Close by showing how onboarding turns a new local business into a managed workspace.

Setup checklist

  • Sign in as a platform admin.
  • Open Super Admin and click Generate Demo Data.
  • Open Sales Pilot Readiness and choose the demo company for the industry you are pitching.
  • Use the demo company from Super Admin to inspect seeded records.
  • Use a dedicated demo user account for customer-facing walkthroughs.

Recommended first sales path

Lead with the tools that fit the buyer: Lead Tracker, Missed Call Follow-Up, Marketing Suite, AI Command Center, and Integrations Hub for most small businesses. Add CareSync only when the buyer is specifically an assisted living or senior care operator.
