These terms describe the expected use of Artemis Technologies software and services during pilots, demos, and early customer deployments.

Use of the Platform

Customers are responsible for the information they enter, the users they invite, and the actions they approve inside their workspace. Artemis may generate drafts, recommendations, and workflow suggestions, but users should review them before sending messages or making business decisions.

Billing and Pilots

Pilot packages may include setup fees, monthly subscriptions, manual billing, or Stripe billing depending on the customer agreement. Pricing and included services should be confirmed in writing before a paid rollout begins.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use Artemis to send misleading messages, violate applicable laws, access another company's data, upload malicious files, or bypass security controls.

Artemis provides business software and workflow assistance. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Regulated use cases require qualified professional review.
